Since this is hotdogblog, I feel obligated to post this link to the results of the Nathan's Famous hot dog eating contest. Hot dogs are great and all, but I hope Wayne Norbitz is joking:

"The hot dog eating contest is not only a beautiful display of athleticism, it is a fundamental way for citizens of all nations to display patriotism," said Wayne Norbitz, president of Nathan's Famous.

A "beautiful display of athleticism"? A "fundamental way to display patriotism"? Wayne, please take a break from Nathan's Famous and get some perspective...those little weenies are beginning to mess with your mind.

Oh, I almost forgot...congratulations Takeru Kobayashi for not only winning the contest but setting a new record. What I want to know is how many of those 50 hot dogs did you throw up?
