During a very refreshing dinner out with my wife this week, I had an Aventinus. It is a doppelbock --and I just love doppelbocks-- and is brewed in Germany by G. Schneider & Sohn. If you're a doppelbock fan, you've just got to try one of these. And if you're in St. Louis, I know that you can get one at Brandt's Cafe in the loop. By the way, if you don't like it, I'll finish it for you.
